Q. What VOIP protocols do you support? A. We support SIP connections only
Q. How are you able to offer such low rates? A. We have partnerships with leading carriers and are able to pass on great rates at a fraction of the prepayments required.
Q. What equipments or switches do you support? A. We have tested our service with numerous SIP devices and Soft Switches including Asterisk and Freeswitch.
Q. Do you have sample configurations to connect to your service? A. Yes. Please view sample configurations here.
Q. How do I switch between your Premium and Standard voice termination? A. When you sign up, we provide you prefixes for both products. Please send this prefix along with your dialled destination. For example, if we assign a prefix 888 and you wish to dial 44208000000, simply send 88844208000000.
Q. Do you offer support? A. Yes. We offer email support and via our online ticket system. We do not offer telephone support.
Q. Why don’t you offer telephone support as standard? A. We operate as an online, lean business. We consider our web support to be both cost and operationally more effective.
Q. How do I sign up to your services? A. You can sign up for our via our Services page or by contacting us.
Q. Do you offer post pay services? A. No. Our services are strictly prepaid only.
Q. Are there any minimum prepayments to use your services?
A. Yes. Our A-Z service requires a minimum of $150 prepayment.
Q. Do you charge for calls by the minute? A. No. All calls are charged in 1 second increments except for calls to Mexico which is charged in 1 minute increments.
Q. How quickly can I send traffic? A. Online payments can take a few hours to activate. Due to card fraud, the maximum amount is limited to $150.
Q. What codecs do you support? A. We support G.711, and G.729
Q. Do you offer call detail records (CDR)? A. Yes. We offer access to online, real time CDR which you can download into Excel and similar applications
Q. Why do you charge Value Added Tax (VAT)? A. We are a UK registered business and required to do so by law. Depending on your location, and other criteria, VAT may apply. Please contact us if you need further clarification.
